TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL RULES OF BEHAVIOR

1. BBE and its moderators will respect you and your opinions. In return, you must be respectful to everyone else.
2. No flaming, name-calling, bullying, personal attacks, or belittling of anyone will be tolerated...including people who are not members of this site.
3. Absolutely no comments that may be considered ethnically, racially, religiously, or sexually offensive will be tolerated.
4. Participating in online fights will not be tolerated, regardless of who started it.
5. Any posting, Chat or PM threatening physical violence will be dealt with severely.
6. You are welcome to disagree, but keep it civilized and mature. State your case and leave it at that.
7. BBE would like to be teenage and work-safe. This means we need to communicate at a PG level. Keep your language in check at all times, and never use any questionable language in your posts or in your signature. Absolutely no questionable pictures need to be posted/linked/attached to the board. (This includes avatars)
8. If you would like to vent and discuss topics of an adult nature or curse, then please join the ANYTHING GOES forum. (You must be 18 or older to join.) PM an admin to arrange for access. All of our rules of behavior apply to the Anything Goes forum, except that cursing and sexual references are allowed in your posts, but not in your post titles. We need to keep post titles clean because they appear on our BBE Home page.
9. BBE requests that you do not use multiple usernames. Accountability is very important to the community, and anonymous posts by someone's hidden username are frowned upon.
10. Signature lengths must be kept reasonable, and cannot be used for business/service advertising (unless you are a BBE Authorized Retailer). If your signature is obnoxious, it will be edited.
11. Administrative actions regarding BBE Members are private and conducted via PM. These actions may NOT be discussed in open forum or chat.
12. All communications on BBE are the property of BBE and are subject to review in order to maintain our standards and to protect our members, especially children.
13. NO HIJACKING THREADS, if your subject matter has nothing to do with the thread it will be removed. Once a Thread has been started all posts should be relevant to the question or comment created.
    

SELLING ON BBE

1. Unauthorized Commercial / Retail / NIB / Advertisement and Sales of goods or services are prohibited and will be deleted.
2. Only BBE Authorized Retailers may post RETAIL and NIB items and services for sale. If you would like to become a BBE Authorized Retailer, please contact one of our BBE Administrators. (RevZiLLA or BBE-Guy) Contact information is provided at the bottom of this post. Advertising packages are economical and start at only $15/month.
3. Any BBE member is free to sell all the USED equipment they want, plus advertise ONLY ONE NIB item per month.
4. Please do not bump your For Sale threads more than once per day so that our Home Page and our members are not spammed by your offerings.
5. Raffles are NOT allowed on BBE. There are rare exceptions for charitable causes, but only if specifically approved by a BBE Administrator. This is for the protection of our members.
6. BBE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SALES TRANSACTIONS BETWEEN PRIVATE PARTIES ON THIS WEBSITE.
7. You are encouraged to use the iTrader system and the Buyer/Seller Feedback forum to express your satisfaction or displeasure with a transaction.
8. Off topic comments in other members For Sale threads are not allowed. If you don't like the deal being offered, then stay out of the thread.

BBE AUTHORIZED RETAILERS

BBE members who have made arrangements are recognized with a User Title that identifies them as a BBE Authorized Retailer. They are also listed in the BBE Authorized Retailer section of the Forum Leaders page: http://www.bowlingballexchange.com/showgroups.php

SPECIAL FORUMS

To gain access to "Anything Goes" you must be 18 or older. You must also agree to the terms of the forum to be given access. http://www.bowlingballexchange.com/AG.html PM an Administrator to ask for access to Anything Goes.

BBE takes pride in your achievements and wants to recognize you and let other bowlers know that you have credentials that could be helpful to them. If you have any of the following credentials, please contact a BBE Administrator.

• USBC Level I/II Certified Coach
• USBC Bronze Certified Coach
• USBC Silver Certified Coach
• USBC Gold Certified Coach
• Sanctioned Honor Score of 300 or 800
• PBA Member
• IBPSIA Certified
• BWAA Member

BBE also recognizes those who volunteer to Moderate our forums with a SITE MODERATOR user title.

BBE's CERTIFIED BALL REVIEWS SECTION

BBE has reserved a forum for formal and certified ball reviews. Only formal and informative ball reviews are allowed in that section. Certified Ball Reviews In order to ensure quality, ball reviews are checked by BBE staff before they are displayed. Here is a suggested ball review template.

CHAT ROOM BEHAVIOR

BBE is a place for fellowship and exchange of knowledge. The rules of behavior that apply to the rest of BBE apply to the chat rooms too.

5. Participating in online fights will not be tolerated, regardless of who started it.

7. You are welcome to disagree, but keep it civilized and mature. State your case and leave it at that.
8. If you and another member must work out a tough issue, create a private and password protected chat room and do so in that room.
9. BBE is **NOT** liable for anything said or done in chat.

• Ladies ONLY - The room name says it all!
